Why we made a film instead of an ad
From the start we decided one thing.
"Don't explain features. Show people."
Introduce it as a plumbing-repair app and it just becomes a plumbing app. But what PanSol wants to build isn't an app. It's a world where you're not alone when your home hurts.
So the film barely shows app screens. Instead it shows the hands of a partner waking at 6 AM. The hands of a grandmother touching the radiator in a house cold for 5 days. And then just two words appear.

How this film came to be
The stories in the film weren't invented. They were drawn from moments PanSol partners and customers actually shared.

It began with a day-in-the-life partner report. Stories actually reported in the PanSol blog's "A Day With a Partner" — the grandmother cold for five days, the two words "it's warm," the KakaoTalk from a daughter — became the film's backbone.

It rejected ad grammar. App screens, price guides, feature explanations — we removed every formula of a typical ad and left only people. We aimed to convey emotion, not explanation, within 3 minutes.

There's no music until 1:18. The first half is built on sound design alone. Faucet water, wind, the boiler's failed ignition. Silence speaks.

The climax is just two words. The moment the boiler turns on and warmth rises, the grandmother touches the radiator and says, "It's warm." The whole film exists for these two words.
