❓ Frequently asked questions
When does the beta period end?
The exact end date depends on the service's growth. We'll announce it via the blog and app at least 2 weeks before it ends. Beta-period users get additional perks even after the official launch.
Can event perks be stacked?
The beta-free perk stacks with all events. The referral coupon can stack with the night-surcharge waiver. However, the same type of event applies only once.
What conditions are needed to register as a partner?
There's no special eligibility limit. However, given the nature of the service, plumbing·electrical etc. get priority listing if you hold the relevant license. Review is done within 24 hours of registering, and you can start immediately.
How will I know if I won the review event?
After the draw on the last day of each month, we notify winners by registered email. The Starbucks mobile coupon is sent within 3 days of winning.
